Remote bid walk-downs
We scan the work area once and you share the link with every bidder. Contractors see access, equipment and constraints before they price the job, so site visits are for the shortlist.
Ask about a walk-down ↗Matterport 3D visual records of Lloydminster-area leases, facilities and buildings. Let contractors bid without a site visit, document a site before and after closure work, and brief crews and responders before anyone drives out.
We focus on jobs a nearby crew does well: practical visual records that save trips and settle questions. They support your bids, closure programs and emergency planning. They don't replace your regulatory submissions, survey plans or engineering drawings.

Ask about a walk-down ↗A dated 3D record of a lease or facility before abandonment work starts, and again after reclamation. A clear visual reference for closure programs, contractors and landowner conversations.
Outdoor capture runs roughly April to October.Plan a closure record ↗Tag shutdown points, isolation valves, muster points and hydrants in a model that responders and emergency planners can walk through remotely. It supports your emergency program; it doesn't replace your plan.
Discuss a familiarization model ↗Control rooms, MCC buildings, shops, offices and camps. Indoor, non-classified spaces can be scanned year-round with no hazardous-area restrictions.
Book a building scan ↗Tags with your asset IDs, nameplate photos and links to your records, exported as a spreadsheet for your maintenance system. Every tag is entered and checked by a person.
Ask about asset tagging ↗Matterport exports such as floor plans, MatterPak and E57 point clouds, ordered and delivered with your model. Useful for layout and planning, within the accuracy limits below.

From CA$2,500 · one defined area, one clear goal
Pick a mechanical room, compressor building or similar area and one operational goal. We plan the capture with your team, document the space, add the asset context you approve and walk your users through the result. It's a low-risk way to see where 3D records earn their place before you expand.
Precision360° is a new Lloydminster business, and we're taking on our first facility clients now.
Our scans are visual records of what a site looked like on the capture date. They are not legal surveys, engineering as-builts or fabrication data, and they should not be used where a professional survey or verified measurement is required.

A crew from Calgary or Edmonton has to build travel and scheduling into every visit. We're based in Lloydminster, so short jobs, quick rescans and seasonal windows are easier to fit around your operations.

It starts with the questions your team wants the model to answer.
Tell us the work area, the equipment that matters and the decisions the model should support.
We confirm the boundary, timing, escorts and any areas or information that must stay out of the model.
We scan the agreed areas, build the Matterport model and check coverage, tags and views against the scope.
We walk your team through the model and confirm who can access it.

No. Our scans are visual records of what a site looked like on the capture date. They are not legal surveys, engineering as-builts or fabrication data. Use them for walk-downs, bids, orientation, emergency familiarization and condition records, and use a professional survey wherever verified measurements are required.
Matterport's Pro3 camera is specified at about ±20 mm at 10 m, so measurements in the model are approximate. That's fine for planning conversations and rough clearance checks, but not for tie-ins or fabrication. We'll tell you up front when a job needs a land surveyor or a laser-scanning firm instead.
A processed, navigable Matterport model of the agreed areas and a link for your approved viewers. Depending on scope, we add asset tags, planning views, a guided route and a handoff session so your team can put the model to work.
Matterport cameras are not certified for hazardous locations. In classified areas we capture only during a shutdown or under your permit and gas-monitoring process, and the final decision is yours. Buildings and non-classified areas can be scanned any time.
Indoors, yes. Matterport's Pro3 camera is rated for 0 to 40 °C, so outdoor lease and pad work is scheduled for the warmer months, roughly April to October.
You decide. We agree on sharing before handoff, keep out any areas or information you restrict, and manage access through the Matterport account set up for the project. The model records visible conditions on the capture date; it doesn't monitor equipment or replace site checks.
Most site records are quoted per site. Facility pilots start at CA$2,500, commercial tours at CA$750 and residential tours at CA$299, before tax. The instant quote form adjusts the price for areas, asset tags and hosting term.
We're based in Lloydminster, Alberta. Travel outside our agreed service area is quoted separately and confirmed before we schedule the capture.
Every quote includes three months of hosting, and you can choose a 6- or 12-month term when you build your quote. Ask us about renewal or transfer options before the term ends; availability and cost depend on the Matterport account and project scope.
Yes. The 3D examples on this page are public Matterport tours you can explore now. They were not captured by Precision360°, but they show what a finished model is like.
Oil and gas site records are our focus. The same capture approach supports property marketing, project coordination and orientation when the scope is shaped around the audience.
Show tenants and buyers the layout and flow of a space before they book a visit, or explain key areas to remote teams.
Explore commercial tours ↗02 / RESIDENTIALLet buyers and renters move room to room at their own pace and see how a home fits together beyond listing photos.
Explore residential tours ↗Capture agreed areas at a known point in a project so remote stakeholders can review visible conditions and compare later.
Discuss a project ↗Help distributed teams understand equipment locations, circulation and how work areas connect.
Discuss a facility ↗Have another type of space? Tell us what people need to see or understand, and we'll scope the capture around it.
Tell us where the site is, what you need the record for and who will use it. We'll follow up with a practical scope and price, and tell you straight away if the job needs survey-grade work instead.
