Walk through before the visit
Open a captured area from the office or another site to see equipment, access points and surroundings. A supervisor can show a contractor exactly where the work is before anyone travels.
Matterport 3D scans of your facilities, tagged with the equipment information your crews need. Plan work, brief contractors and orient new staff from the office, before anyone drives out to site.
Choose a public Matterport example below. Move through the space, switch to Dollhouse view, and see how rooms and equipment connect. These examples were not captured by Precision360°.
Start here to explore a complex equipment space. Follow the route, look around the piping and machinery, then zoom out to see the overall layout.

Photos and old drawings rarely show how a site fits together. A navigable 3D record lets field and office teams look at the same area, see how spaces connect, and ask better questions before a visit.

Review the work area, nearby equipment and visible access constraints before maintenance or a turnaround. In-model measurements support early planning conversations.
Let new staff and contractors recognize entrances, routes and key areas before their first day on site. It supports your site induction rather than replacing it.
We start with what your team needs to do, then plan which areas and details to capture. Matterport Tags link selected equipment to manuals, nameplate photos or your existing records, so the model stays useful long after the scan.

A useful model answers three questions: where is the asset, what surrounds it, and what should someone see there? We agree on those first, then build the model around them.
Find selected equipment in the actual room or work area. We add your approved asset IDs, nameplate photos, manuals and links to existing records so a technician knows where to look next.
For technicians and remote supportPlanners and contractors review the same captured work area before meeting on site. Mark routes, nearby equipment, staging areas and visible constraints to sharpen early scope conversations.
For maintenance and turnaroundsA guided route through the areas new personnel need to recognize, with notes on what each area is for, who may access it and where to find the formal procedure.
Before personnel arrive on siteA dated visual baseline of an agreed area, with notes where you want context. Later captures show what changed during maintenance, construction or a handover.
For reviews and handoversWhere the project calls for it, we scope technical outputs such as a point cloud for design or coordination teams, with format and accuracy expectations agreed before capture.
Outputs and accuracy set in scopeFrom CA$2,500 · one defined area, one clear goal
Pick a mechanical room, compressor building or similar area and one operational goal. We plan the capture with your team, document the space, add the asset context you approve and walk your users through the result. It's a low-risk way to see where 3D documentation earns its place before you expand.
Precision360° is a new Lloydminster business, and we're taking on our first facility clients now.
Captured views show conditions on the capture date. Site procedures and independently verified measurements remain essential for safety-critical work.
It starts with the questions your team wants the model to answer.
Tell us the work area, the equipment that matters and the decisions the model should support.
We confirm the boundary, timing, escorts and any areas or information that must stay out of the model.
We scan the agreed areas, build the Matterport model and check coverage, tags and views against the scope.
We walk your team through the model and confirm who can access it.
Select a point to follow a maintenance planning example. This illustration explains the workflow; it is not a captured Precision360° project.
Example workflowA planner opens the 3D view to get familiar with the work area and access route before coordinating an on-site visit. The shared visual record helps the office and field teams describe the same location.

A processed, navigable Matterport model of the agreed areas and a link for your approved viewers. Depending on scope, we add asset tags, planning views, a guided route and a handoff session so your team can put the model to work.
Yes. We agree on sharing before handoff and identify any areas or information that must stay out of the model. Access is managed through the Matterport account set up for the project.
No. It records visible conditions on the capture date. It can link to your current records, but it doesn't monitor equipment or replace site procedures, site checks or verified engineering measurements.
Facility pilots start at CA$2,500, commercial tours at CA$750 and residential tours at CA$299, before tax. The instant quote form adjusts the price for areas, asset tags and hosting term.
We're based in Lloydminster, Alberta. Travel outside our agreed service area is quoted separately and confirmed before we schedule the capture.
Every quote includes three months of hosting, and you can choose a 6- or 12-month term when you build your quote. Ask us about renewal or transfer options before the term ends; availability and cost depend on the Matterport account and project scope.
Yes, when the project needs them. Floor plans, E57 or MatterPak files and CAD/BIM outputs are quoted separately, and we confirm the format and accuracy expectations before capture.
Yes. The 3D examples near the top of this page are public Matterport tours you can explore now. They were not captured by Precision360°, but they show what a finished model is like.
Facility documentation is our focus. The same capture approach supports property marketing, project coordination and orientation when the scope is shaped around the audience.
Show tenants and buyers the layout and flow of a space before they book a visit, or explain key areas to remote teams.
Explore commercial tours ↗02 / RESIDENTIALLet buyers and renters move room to room at their own pace and see how a home fits together beyond listing photos.
Explore residential tours ↗Capture agreed areas at a known point in a project so remote stakeholders can review visible conditions and compare later.
Discuss a project ↗Help distributed teams understand equipment locations, circulation and how work areas connect.
Discuss a facility ↗Have another type of space? Tell us what people need to see or understand, and we'll scope the capture around it.
Tell us where the site is, which area you'd start with and who will use the model. We'll follow up with a practical scope and price.
